All of Joanna's bags come with our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your bag, please contact us at Joanna@cuteasabuttonpurses.com within 30 days of your purchase date for refund or exchange.

We will gladly either exchange your bag or refund your money, minus shipping charges. We regret that we cannot pay for return shipping. Your refund, if requested, will be processed through Paypal within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery of your returned item, we recommend requesting delivery confirmation and shipping insurance.
